How to delete your data (Data Deletion Instructions)
Under Meta’s Developer Policy for Facebook and Instagram, you may revoke this app’s access at any time and request that everything stored about you be deleted.
Option 1 — revoke access from inside Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Open Settings & Privacy .
- Go to Apps and Websites .
- Find DirectFa and click Remove .
- Access is revoked immediately and the related tokens are invalidated automatically.
Option 2 — request full deletion from our database
If you want every message record, webhook log and lead tied to your Instagram account erased completely:

Please include your Instagram handle in the email. Our team erases everything associated with it within 24 working hours and sends you a confirmation.
