How to delete your data (Data Deletion Instructions)
Under Meta’s Developer Policy for Facebook and Instagram, you may revoke this app’s access at any time and request that everything stored about you be deleted.
Deletion requests are handled by 1110 Consulting, the operator of DirectFa.
Option 1 — revoke access from inside Facebook or Instagram
- ۱Sign in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
- ۲Open Settings & Privacy .
- ۳Go to Apps and Websites .
- ۴Find DirectFa and click Remove .
- ۵Access is revoked immediately and the related tokens are invalidated automatically.
Option 2 — request full deletion from our database
If you want every message record, webhook log and lead tied to your Instagram account erased completely:
Send your deletion request to:privacy@directfa.com
Please include your Instagram handle in the email. Our team erases everything associated with it within 24 working hours and sends you a confirmation.
